1. Mixture of Mortar |
Mortar shall not be compounded with tile cement watery or dryly. It should be mixed with general tile mortar, however, it should not be frozen over in low-temperature. |
2. Application of Mortar on the surface |
Apply tile mortar about 3-5mm in thickness in case the surface is flat and there is no dust on the surface.

3.Preparation of Stone and Brick
|
Prepare the stone and brick suitable to construction part after giving consideration to the big and small size, color of the thick/thin and unevenness.

4. Adjustment of size
|
Cut and trim the stone for good and smart finish. Also, fill the space of stone with remained pieces of box.

5. Application of Tile Mortar on the backside of Stone and Brick |
Apply tile mortar on the backside of stone and brick equally ( about 3-5mm) after confirming whether dust does not exist on them.

6. Attachment |
1) In case there is corner, construct the corner firstly, then plain plate.
2) As to a corner, there are long and short size, so construction should be done alternately.
3) In the part of masonry joint, tile mortar should be plastered enough to corner out of stone/brick and redundant mortar have to be dropped. ( Tap with vibrator rubber hammer )

7. Setting in Masonry Joint
|
There is two construction method, one has masonry joint and the other has not masonry joint, according to the shape of stone. Set in masonry joint with Groutbag and the width of masonry joint should not be over 20mm so that its width can be adjusted naturally. |
8. Finish |
Wipe out mortar, etc. on stone surface with a dry brush if dirty.

¡ØConfirm whether it is dried up or not after construction, and coat with breather type masonry sealer for prevention of freezing damage and good appearance. |
